Roadkill Clubhouse Issue 3!!
Team Race Recaps, In depth Product Breakdowns, and a New Character unlocked!
It’s Spring! Maybe? How’s Punxsutawney Phil looking? We dunno but we are excited for some warmer days ahead. In this issue we are covering Race Recaps from our Team, introducing our lead technical designer, and an in depth breakdown of one of our new signature products coming soon…
In the lab - A full breakdown on RK3, Roadkill’s Signature Running L/S
Here to bring you a full in depth run down of some new product we have in the works, The RK3 Running Long-Sleeve:

Mockups for RK3
When starting to look into Cut and Sew product manufacturing in Fall ‘24, we wanted to produce a great running long sleeve. The most optimal outdoor running conditions in our experience have always been when you can wear shorts and a top with sleeves (that being a longsleeve or some kind of Base Layer). A piece that is made for optimal Fall, Summer Nights, and Spring conditions. In terms of design, aiming for a vintage look and feel, while also including modern functionality.

Full Stich Breakdowns for RK3
Over the past few months we have been experimenting with different types of fabrics such as SoloTex, CoolMax, Spandex and other Polyester Blends. After lots of research, learning, and testing we have come up with a fabric composition that we are proud of. RK3 consists of an 88% Nylon/12% Spandex Blend with a custom dye and wicking process.
This piece is currently in production and will be released globally in the coming months…
Napa Half Marathon Race Recap

Roadkill Team Members Julia and Sam Post-Napa Valley 13.1
Through idyllic vineyards, sandwiched between winery stops, team members Julia and Sam ran the 2025 Napa Valley Half Marathon for the first time on Sunday, March 2nd. The early March weather in Napa was the perfect recipe for some PR's! The course was net downhill, allowing for plenty of opportunities to look around and take in the gorgeous views. The race day vibes were high and the race finished in a small neighborhood full of cheering spectators, leaving both Sam and Julia with lasting memories of their Napa Valley experience! Sam would describe the race as "a little bit of party pacing, until the party turned up" and hopes to go back again next year as an excuse to get back to the West Coast! She credits her PR to their friends who brought the energy. (The secret is a little dancing, singing and stretching as a warmup!) Julia is now officially sold on destination races and is already looking forward to whatever will be coming up next! The race was a perfect way to celebrate both Sam and Julia's growth as runners and a few of the many great friendships they have made through the sport. And of course, Sam and Julia dutifully finished off their weekend with wine tasting to celebrate!
